Found in Translation Book Club Membership

Read a sentence that wasn’t originally written in your primary language, and immediately your perspective shifts. Combine that with discovering voices from different countries and cultures, and you begin to understand why we are so passionate about fiction in translation.

Our Found in Translation book club celebrates books from across the globe originally written in a language other than English. Every second month, we’ll share a book from an acclaimed, international writer before meeting to discuss the work. Conversations will be hosted by our co-founder, curator and Literature in Translation superfan Zoe Grams, and occasionally include special guests, including authors.

Found in Translation Book Club members receive:
—Your choice of a 3 book or 5 book subscription.
—Access to our group discussions.
—A regular Found in Translation newsletter with other literature recommendations.
—Occasional special treats and surprises throughout the year from our publishing partners.

How it works:
—Sign up for your subscription. If you need your book to be shipped, choose the option with shipping.
—The Book Club meets virtually, and we welcome participants from everywhere.
—No one will be turned away from lack of funds. If you want to join but can’t afford to buy books from us, please get in touch. hello[@]upstartandcrow.com.
