Description
Join us on Thursday, April 18 at 7:30 p.m. for the Vancouver launch of Dr. Linda Eckert’s essential new book, Enough: Because We Can Stop Cervical Cancer.
Enough is “a searing call to arms, for too many women are dying of cervical cancer when we have the tools to save their lives,” says New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof. The book is a passionate call-to-action to eliminate the 350,000 needless deaths every year from a deadly but preventable disease, by combatting healthcare inequities.
At this event, Dr. Eckert will read from her book and then join editor Dana Tye Rally in conversation.
Books will be available for purchase and signing. This is a free event, but please register for your spot at our Eventbrite, as capacity is limited.

“Beautifully written, Enough is a searing call to arms, for too many women are dying of cervical cancer when we have the tools to save their lives. The unnecessary human cost of cervical cancer is a scandal, and one that Dr. Eckert is determined to fix.” —Nicholas Kristof, columnist, The New York Times and co-author of Half the Sky
