Description
Looking for a cozy, creative way to spend an evening? We’re hosting a games night to stretch your creative muscles!
Join us on Friday, September 26 at 6pm for a round of Icarus, a collaborative storytelling game where groups of five orchestrate the rise and inevitable fall of a civilization. Through prompts and dice rolls, you’ll create original characters, conflicts, and dramatic twists together. Whether you’re an avid games-lover or just looking for a fun Friday night, this event is for anyone who loves a good story, and who would like the opportunity to build one together.
We’ll have music and treats for snacking. All supplies will be provided — just bring your imagination!
This event is free, but has a maximum capacity of 12 attendees. RSVP here to reserve your spot!
More about the facilitator:
Alex Mantrov has been running tabletop RPGs for over six years, collecting small indie games, like portals into endless worlds. He started playing games like Icarus RPG just to get better at language, but found something more profound — these games tap into our most ancient tradition of telling stories around a fire as a community. Alex thinks the real magic happens when strangers become storytelling partners, creating worlds and characters together that spark new creative possibilities.
