Description
Perhaps you’re too overwhelmed to read this. That’s okay — this workshop was designed with you in mind. Together, we’ll address the impacts on you as someone who witnesses human and planetary suffering.
You might be a front-line worker, healthcare professional, caregiver, activists, writer, or anyone experiencing fatigue. In this gentle, guided 1.5-hour session, we’ll make space for the difficult realities in our lives by experimenting with poetry in note form. You don’t need to call yourself a writer to belong here. Come have a rest; write something.
The registration fee for this event is $10. All proceeds of the event go to Upstart & Crow’s non-profit programming, including writer residencies, book clubs, grants and more. Please RSVP here to reserve your spot. If you are experiencing financial barriers, please reach out to us for a scholarship spot.
